You will be reported to Ebay and blocked from any future listings ITEM DESCRIPTION : This Vessel was just Inspected on Friday Oct. 16, 2009 - All pics were taken that day, as well as video with the motors Both running 1970 Egg Harbor 33' Convertible Chrysler - Twin 318's - Power Plant - They purr Like a Kitten - Hour meters read 616, 699...Captain is not sure why they are different, and suspects higher Hours than stated on meter. Motors REBUILT in the 90's - RUN GREAT!! This Boat has been very well maintained!!!! Generator RUNS GREAT!!!! - Use this for Stove, Refridge, and electric. ALL Components, Engines, pumps, gauges, appliances, etc. all working in Better than average Condition! The Owner is Getting ready to retire from the armed forces, and this has been his baby...now he realizes that there is more work than what he will ever do. Nice State Room - bare floors, with new carpet rolled up and ready for you to install. Plenty of Space - allowing for your personal touch to set the seating area to your liking, many options here, tons of room! Engine Compartment located under the State Room - It is nice and dry and in great condition. The Cockpit is in very nice shape, We started the engines from here - all gauges in working condition. Second State Room has a NICE Double Bunk - a great spot for the Kids to stay. Master is in Really nice shape with all the wood in good condition with plenty of storage. There are 2 Hatches that have Plexi-glass over them to provide nice Skylights, the one over the entry way in the 2nd state room is leaking and has caused the water stains you see in the pics - this is a brand new problem, with it just occurring since the Captain was last there 3-4 weeks ago, we turned on the bilge and pumped it out. The plexi-glass needs to be tightened down, and caulked. Head is still winterized from 2008 - Stand up Shower, Sink, Toilet. Skylight molding needs to be refinished and/or repaired. The Wood is in EXCELLENT Shape!!! The Ceiling has been redone about 10 years ago and still looks NEW! NO LEAKS ON THIS BEAUTY - other than the one from the skylight, its an easy fix. There is damage to the wood on the stbd wooded side rail for the bridge - check the pics. Stern Bumper Rail just recently banged the docked and damaged the rail and wood The Captain was real dissapointed that the damage happened, as he has treated His Baby very delicately. This Vessel is currently in the water right where the pics show her, she needs to be moved, as this spot is not available for leaving the boat She needs to be picked up by Nov. 1st - if you plan on moving her by water, after that she will be dry docked awaiting your trailer. The Owner has offered to pay the fee to have her hauled, and she will be hauled on the 1st of November. This Boat is not Available for viewing - in a private yacht club Clear Title.
