UNIQUE - AQUAQUAD LUX 14 - ONE OF A KIND - FUN Vehicle Description This boat is totally unique. It is a customized Aquaquad Lux 14 from South Africa and is the ONLY one in the United States. It is a RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat). That means it has a solid fiberglass hull with inflatable tubes on either side. The boat doesn't need the tubes to float. They are there for a variety of reasons: stability, safety, water and air entrapment, but to name a few. Each tube has two chambers The boat has seats for 4, but is not limited in it's capacity by Coast Guard Regs like other boats. It is equiped with a Mercury 75hp motor, and has mercury controls etc. The steering is Teleflex, guages are Farier, Rule bilge pump. Basically all components that could go wrong can easily be replaced here in the USA. It has a CD stereo with 6 waterproof speakers, halogen docking/driving lights on the stainless steel radar arch, led cockpit lighting, power output on dash, nav and anchor lights, two rear storage boxes, one forward storage and one center storage/ice chest (in floor). Also has grab handles for all passengers. This boat handles like it's on rails and is a real blast to drive. A true sports car feel. Yet it has great fuel economy. It was imported as a dealer demo unit, shown at a couple of boat shows, driven by some magazine editors/writers and then put away. I used it once or twice (took it diving in the Keys) but it has never been registered. That means you will be the first registered owner of this one-of-a-kind boat, but it is being sold as used although she is like new. Would make a great tender for big yachts, a fast and furious toy on the lakes, or cruise the waterways in true style.
