2007 22'4" Nautica Diesel Jet "499 hrs from 170' Yacht" Vehicle Description Like new-Used as one of the tenders on "MIDLANDIA" Length: 22'4" Beam: 9'0" Dry Weight: 3400 lbs Capacity: 18 (3330 lbs) Power: Yanmar 4 cylinder diesel (240hp) Drive: Hamilton 213 Stern Water jet Steering: Hydraulic Fuel capacity: 55 gallons (3 tanks with reserve) This incredible RIB inflatable is manufactured by world class boat build...NAUTICA. It had a MSRP of $79,950.00. With all of the options and the electronics on this boat it had a retail price of approximately $86,000. It was one of the tenders on the 170' Benetti called the Midlandia. This Mega Super yacht was recently acquired by renowned boat builder and owner of Millennium Yachts, John Staluppi. John just did an extensive refit and upgrades on the Benetti now known as "Qantum Of Solace" He is also known world wide for some of the incredible "Mega Super Yachts he has owned or built over the past several years. A few of these famous Mega yachts are "Octopussy" "The World Is Not Enough" (World's fastest Mega-Yacht) the 163' "Casino Royal" and of course his latest creation "Quantum of Solace" Quantum Of Solace was on display a few days ago in the 2009 Ft. Lauderdale boat show and was the talk of the show. Absolutely breathtaking and spectacular in every respect. John has purchased all new tenders and watercraft...so this like new one is available for auction...and at less than 1/2 of the replacement cost.....used only 499 hours. The Hamilton water jet drive with adjustable jet nozzle allows such complete control over this boat that you can almost move the boat sideways...a great advantage when docking. It planes in just 3 seconds! It features a heavy duty fiberglass deep vee haul. The boat has 6 plastic, non corrosive 2-stage inflatable valves. The entire console is power operated.....full up...or full down in a couple of seconds. It has all the electronics one would ever want and everything works as it should. All the lines, bumpers, and life vests are included. It has a complete blue marine canvas cover and a beautiful Blue Bimini top. This Nautica is stored inside John's fabulous "Cars Of Dreams" Museum in North Palm Beach,Florida. The Museum is a recreation of a typical small American city as it existed in the fabulous 1950's. Contained in a magnificent 100,000 sq. foot facility, his car collection is featured in a small town with sidewalks, streets, curbs, parking meters, several typical stores from the 1950's along with a working Drive-in Movie Theater, a Fire Station, Train Station, Amusement Park, Cadillac/Oldsmobile dealership, Gas Station and much more.
