Sugar Sand Jet Boat Vehicle Description White Sugar Sand Jet Boat Tango 4+2. Boat has Mercury Jet Drive 175 HPmotor but motor is blown. My mechanic tells me that oil pump probably failed probably causing a piston to go through the block. Therefore the boat needs a new or rebuilt engine. Boat needs a good cleaning inside and out as it has just been sitting around for about a year. Bought the boat new in 2001 and was not used very much. This would be a great winter project for someone who knows how to build motors. Once again though, from what I am told, you need to start with a block and could possibly use other parts from my motor. I encountered some minor damage on the bottom of the boat (never took on water) during my first year of use and had it fixed. Boat has an AM/FM Cassette stero. Boat is on trailer and comes with 2 extra trailer tires. Beam length is approximately 7 feet and length is 16.5.
