A cottage at the lake ...A 43' Nautaline houseboat !! Vehicle Description This is a 43 foot 1973 Nautaline houseboat. She has 2 staterooms, a stand up head with a shower, a galley with microwave, stove, oven, full size fridge, beautiful woodwork, 6' standing room throughout. She is powered by 2 225 Mercruiser engines, one engine and one transmission have been replaced in recent years. She needs some deck work on the lower deck outside the sliding door on the right (starboard) side. New Replacement cost is over $500K for this boat. She is located in Kenosha at the moment but could be delivered anywhere ... I have found a qualified carpenter who will do the deck work ... If the bidding goes high enough I will send them to do the repairs at my expense. The boat is as is where is .... It is a 43 foot boat and you need a boat hauling company to move it. The dimensions are 43 foot long by 13 foot wide and 13 foot tall .. The flybridge does need to be removed for shipping. The gross weight is 13000 lbs.
