1971 36' Silver Queen Fiberglass Houseboat & Trailer!!! Vehicle Description 1971 SilverQueen houseboat, Fiberglass hull 36' x 12' older boat that is overall in good condition. The decks are solid except for a few spots. Has a soft spot in the deck over the generator and where the bulk heads of the cabin meet the walkways like all of these boats were.This boat is the same hull as a Gibson 36 classic. Motor in the boat is a 351w Mercrusier and it runs great, purrs like a kitten carries great oil pressure and runs sound. Boat has a Mercrusier outdrive that does need to be replaced. The boat was in the Missouri river and zebra muscles and electrolosis have physically eaten the case away. The gears are good in the outdrive if you had a case. Boat on the interior needs carpet or other floor covering. The upolsetery in the boat is newer and the decks on the boat have been recovered. The boat had a flybridge and it got destroyed in the move when I got it. I have all the controls just not the fiberglass structure of the flybridge. The boat has a 7.5kw Kohler generator that carries good oil pressure. RV air doesnt work on this boat but does have a window air conditioner. Boat needs a little TLC but was being used as of October of 2008. Will also need batteries. Takes 2 full size marine batteries one for the motor and one for the 12 volt lights and bilge pumps. Boat has a full bath with stand up shower. Propane stove, microwave and sink in the kitchen can sleep 6 the manufactor claims but would more comfortable sleep 4 adults. I have never had the boat in the water. I got it home and have it on stands in the yard and never got around to fixing or working on it.The stands can go with it for an extra $450 there are 6 of them and they are heavy duty. Need the money now more than I need the boat. Boat comes with a bill of sale only. Also comes with a homemade quad axle bumper pull trailer. The boat is not currently on the trailer and will need to be put on the trailer. The trailer is not a drive on trailer at the time it is a haul trailer. Could be modified to a drive on very easily though. Trailer has an Ohio ceritifcate of origin with it. The boat can be viewed it is in Southwest Missouri and I get home from work around 430-445 daily. Would make a great fixer upper or who i baught it from was using it as it is. Boat overall weighs about 12,000lbs. In Missouri you have to have permits for a load of this size, i dont know about other states though. Boat is "as is where is" with only a bill of sale. Cash is the only form of payment i will except. Deposit can be made with in the week of $1000 dollars boat can sit on property for up to 60 days at no charge if moving arrangements need to be made.
