03 Myacht Houseboat 4815 Reduced liveaboard boat Vehicle Description I am selling my 03 Myacht Houseboat 4815. It has twin 60hp Mercury efi fourstroke outboards. The generator is a 7kw onan. Both engines have around 160 hrs.and the generator is at 213 hrs. It has two bedrooms and one bath. The boat sleeps 9 comfortably. It has a nice size front porch, a huge entertaining area up top, and a slide off the back. The inside is like new. I just installed a composite (wood looking) floor. It looks great and is very durable. I also removed the faded outdoor carpet that was on the front and back porches and had a spray on bed liner installed. It is green in color and matches the graphics on the side of the boat nicely. There is also a washer and dryer combo included with the boat but I don't have it on board at this time. The table and sofa both convert to queen size beds. Bedroom 1 is a queen and bedroom 2 is a full/twin bunk. I took the boat out last weekend and everything worked great. This is a turn key boat. I give it a 9 on the interior due to it being nearly perfect. The outside is a 7 or 8 due to 6 years of normal use. The boat is located on Lake Travis in Austin, TX.
