21ft Action Marine Open Vehicle Description Up for bid is a 21ft center console by Action Marine. The year if the hull is 1982. The hull and transom are in great shape. The engine is a 1989 Mercury 200hp outboard which is very dependable the compression of the six cylinders are 120. The boat comes with the basic coastguard safety gear, full boat cover valued at $300, canvas for the engine, seat , and console. It also comes with a cd player.
