Click to learn more. These boats were manufactured in Sausalito California during the 50s & 60s. A true double hull power catamaran used as a bay open water cruiser/runabout. 500 pound boat with 80 hp FAST!!!! This is the 16 foot model. They made a 14 foot and 18 foot. Mahogany frames and longitudinal members. Marine mahogany plywood sheathing. Exterior fiberglass with double thickness on hull bottom. Mercury 80 HP SIX included. I registered boat and trailer when I acquired. Needs some restoration BUT pretty solid wood. Trailer tires/bearings ARE NOT ROAD WORTHY. DID I SAY IT NEEDS SOME RESTORATION????
