13' boston whaler boat
13' boston whaler boat Vehicle Description 1983 13' Boston Whaler Super Sport This boat has a 1983 mercury 40 hp outboard that starts right up and runs very well, (most of it's life it was at lake arrowhead) with a new water pump, new electric choke solenoid plunger, has new teleflex throttle and shift cables. Prop was just balanced. Mahogany was stripped down to bare wood, then 7 coats of interlux schooner varnish was applied, sanding in between each coat, then was reassembled with all new hardware. This was done approximately a month and a half ago. Boat has new teleflex steering helm, new teleflex tach and hour meter. brand new ritchie compass. Boat has been rewired, all lights work, including compass light. Boat comes with the original cushions, they need to be cleaned, but i believe can be brought back. Also includes bimini top and boot, boat cover and outboard cover. Gelcoat is in nice shape and is still shiny, has no major dings or cracks, would look even better with some wax. Trailer is a 1979 Seaking trailer. All in all this boat is in very nice condition and is mechanically sound. Nothing but fuel is needed to take this boat out on the water. I encourage you to ask any questions you may have. No Paypal Cash/Money order/ Cashiers check only for payment I will send an invoice within 24 hours after end of auction Please respond within 48 hours I will be happy to help if shipping is necessary(loading and being there when being picked up or what ever we come to agree on) If you are nearby you are welcome to come see in person. On Sep-14-09 at 16:47:47 PDT, seller added the following information: I wanted to post these pictures, these are the original brochures for the boat and the motor, which were both purchased at Emerald Bay Marine Co. Ontario, Ca. This the original motor bought the same time as the boat. The brochures I have are the Whaler owner guide and wood locations sheet. Mercury installation instructions and maintenance guide. These are very useful pieces of literature (not too mention pretty neat to have the original brochures from 1983 with a new used boat you buy), anyhow hope whoever wins enjoys the boat and these items. Happy Bidding! More... |
