11Ft. Vintage Racing Hydroplane with Mercury Mark 25 Vehicle Description Up for auction is this freshwater real nice ready to go Vintage 11ft. Hydroplane that is powered by a restored Mercury Mark 25 Outboard Motor. I cannot remember who made the boat or the exact year but I know that it is a classic. It has been in our family for many years. The boat is solid and to the best of my knowledge has no dry rot or bad spots in it.It has always been stored inside. The motor is a 1955 Mercury Mark 25 that is fully rigged, ready to go, and runs strong. The ignition system was gone through and the coils were replaced. The fuel system was also gone through and a new impeller was also installed in the gearcase. The complete engine was repainted in the 20H Green and Gold paint colors. Comes with the 2 lever Quicksilver controls that operate throttle and shift. This is a real nice old vintage package that can be driven as is, or better yet would look even nicer if the boat was refinshed in the colors of your choice. Comes with a 3 gallon gas tank. The motor fires right up and pushes the boat between 30-37 miles per hour depending upon the weight of the driver. You could use this for display ,shows, or it could be driven. The complete package is 100% completely rigged and ready to go. This package is located in Green Bay, Wisconsin and can be inspected anytime with an appointment. Full Payment within 3 days of auction end................If the package is paid for, I will store it inside free of charge as long as needed.
