SeaRay 1997 370AC Sea Ray Yacht Aft Cabin
[IMG][/IMG] SeaRay 1997 370AC Sea Ray Yacht Aft Cabin Vehicle Description 1997 Searay 370ACBoat can be seen almost any time, it is turnkey and ready. The boat is an Aft Cabin style and has a queen birth in the Master suite as well as a head and shower. The previous owner added a custom 10â?? mattress. All bedding, comforter, pillows are included. Lighted hanging lockers. The master suite has its own 13â?? TV/VCR and a 7000 BTU air conditioner/heat. Moving into the salon, thereâ??s a 20â?? TV/VCR and a L shaped couch. The couch turns into a full sized bed with the push of a button. There is a drop leaf table and two chairs. We move the table over to the couch and easily seats 4. The salon has a 16,000 BTU air conditioner/heat. Down three stairs in the galley with has a 7.5 cu foot refrigerator with a separate freezer. Galley also has a three burner electric range and a combination microwave/convection oven. Dishes, silverware are included. A gas grill hangs off the back of the boat. Opposite of the galley is the forward head which has a pull out for a shower. It has never been used as a shower, but could be. There is also a third stateroom which was a laundry room, however, itâ??s being converted to a single bed. Boat has a central vacuum system. Forward is the guest quarters which is a queen bed. It has a 13â?? TV and two hanging lockers on each side. It also has its own 5000 BTU air conditioner/heat. Comforter/pillows are included. On the back deck are four captainâ??s chairs and this area is fully enclosed with canvass. This area also has a bar area, storage and garbage. The helm seats 6 comfortably. Captain sits center and has full views. Twin air horns. Anchor is controlled from the helm or at the front bow, has a wash down located upfront and a beach ladder. Engine room is midship and is powered by twin 7.4L 330hp Mercuriser Bluewater inboards with EFI and cross over charging, around 800 engine hours. There is an extra set of props included. There is a Westerbeke 9 Kvw genset. Twin 150 gal aluminum gas tanks with cross over fuel. Engine room has a automatic fire suppression system. Holds 100 gals of fresh water with a 12 gal water heater. Port engine will also heat the water when under way. 56 gal waste holding with electronic monitoring from the control panel. Everything is operational and works the way it should. Iâ??m the third owner, boat has been only been in freshwater and was sold out of Bayport. I have the survey and it received one of the highest ratings for a vessel itâ??s age and was appraised at $171K. I have since went through both engines and gen set with a complete tune ups, new batteries (5). The house has two group 31â??s and two group 27â??s on the other side. The gen set has its own battery. I added a new Head in the master suite last year. Canvass is black and in good condition. Full top along with cock pit cover. It also comes with the old rear enclosure, which I put up for winter storage. Includes all the safety things you have to have, life vests, ropes, fenders, fire extinguishers, boat hooks. Also comes with all the shore power cords and an extra set for traveling. I also added the HD set of St. Croix Davits, which will hold up to a 12â?? RIB with a 25hp. It currently has a 10â?? with a 9.9hp merc. This is included in the sale. I have talked to SeaRay and this was hull number 6 from this mold, early molded boats are always better than the end of the production. Slip is paid for the rest of the year and includes winter storage. There are very few boats of this type available in this price range and none in this condition. If youâ??re interested and like this style of yacht, come take a look. I also have a place that I have used for financing and they can also help with cost guard documentation. I bought this boat without getting a dealer involved and it saves a ton of money. I will take a trailerable boat on partial trade. Looking for a 22-30 open bow or day boat. Do you want to move up? Let me know what you have.
