IRWIN 24' 1968 SAILBOAT NO RESERVE LOW START Vehicle Description IRWIN 24â?? PROJECT BOAT-NO RESERVE. A well made, fast sailboat. Check out sailboatdata.com for pictures and information about this design. This boat has a fixed keel and draws approximately 3'8". Roomy inside, with large cockpit-nice varnished tiller. Teak cockpit combing, teak handrails, companionway, and trim. Two bronze #2 winches with handles. Nice sails: main with new cover, jib, spinnaker, and genoa. Mast is stepped on deck, rigging looks complete and in good condition. Head, semi-enclosed. Hanging locker, ice box, sink. Deck seems firm, hull good. Some dings and small cracks around the rail. Needs refurbishing throughout. Boat is sold â??as is, where isâ?? with no warranty. As sales agent I will answer all questions to the limit of my ability, but I do not warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. A buyer should come inspect the boat or hire a surveyor to investigate such details as the buyer desires validated. The boat will be placed on a trailer (NOT SUPPLIED) free of charge within 14 days of the close of the auction. Storage can be arranged by calling Deltaville Boatyard 804-776-8900. Work cannot be done on the boat where it is, but the boat will be moved free of charge to Deltaville Boatyard next door where the new owner may do his own work and/or store the boat.
