Aft of that is the side head. The main salon has a full-length settee on the port side that makes up into a double berth and a shorter settee on the starboard side with a cubbyhole under the cabinetry just forward to accommodate ones feet. Aft of the port settee is a standup chart table with single berth aft. Aft of the starboard settee is the L-shaped galley. There are four opening ports along each side as well as one on the port cockpit seat facing the cockpit that services the quarter berth. There is a large opening overhead hatch in the forward stateroom and a medium sized opening overhead in the main salon.double V-berth in the forward stateroom. Galley There is a single stainless steel sink, and icebox and an Origo 4000 countertop two burner non-pressurized alcohol stove. There is hot water, the hot water coming from the 6-gallon tank in the starboard cockpit locker area and heated by the 110v service only. (This needs to be replaced). Electronics " Saturn Magnetic compass on pedestal West Marine multifunction wind speed, direction, depth, boat speed Sea Ranger 6500 VHF 9", wind indicator. Electrical Two banks of batteries each with its own parallel switch. One bank of two batteries is behind the engine and accessible through a floor hatch in the cockpit and a side hatch from the starboard quarter berth and the second, a single, is located under the stern transom. There is also an electronic switching 30-amp charger that services all battery banks automatically. There is 110v service throughout the boat supplied by a 50' heavy duty shore power cord through a typical weatherproof exterior receptacle. Not all of the electric outlets are working, especially starboard side, this may have some relationship to the non-working electric water heater. Sails Hood roller furling, a mainsail and lapper, both of unknown age and manufacture, but said to be in good condition. There are Lewmar 40 two speed winches for the jib and a Lewmar 8 main halyards on the cabin top. There is a green Sunbrella mainsail cover and UV barrier on the lapper. Deck Cockpit. Pedestal steering. The bottom was painted April, 2008 with Black anti-fouling paint which looks as if it might well have another good year of service left. The deck is the original white with light gray non-skid that has an excellent gripping surface unlike many others. There are double bow and stern pulpits and well as connecting double lifelines. There is a pivoting stainless steel swim ladder attached to the transom which, when in the up position becomes part of the stern pulpit. There is a bimini for the cockpit which has two different fore and aft locations, one covering the after part of the cockpit and the other which allows it to move fore and aft within a range of about nine inches, covering the forward part of the cockpit including the opening of the companionway. There is a bow roller for anchors and the boat is equipped with a Danforth anchor as well as a standard amount of anchor chain and line. The keel is a Fin keel, bolted on, with rudder aft of the skeg. Additional The seawater cooled Yanmar starts quickly and runs smoothly without smoking and it drives a bronze two blade solid propeller. There is in the head a shower, with drain into the bilge. There is an electric bilge pump with an auto/manual switch. There are two Olin canisters of flares, an air horn, boat hook, a spotlight, a horseshoe life buoy, 6 life jackets, two dry chemical fire extinguishers and a portable manual bilge pump.
