1984 S2 7.3 Sailboat - Low Reserve Vehicle Description 1984 S2 7.3 Sailboat 24â?? It is the end of the year and this boat is ready to have a new owner for next year. The boat currently sits in the water in Winthrop, MA. The donor states that the boat is in good condition. The boat does not have a motor â?? however it has an outboard motor mount. We are in the process of gathering more information on the boat so we will post it as it becomes available. The title was never transferred into the donorâ??s name but we have the title he was given by the previous owner signed over to him and a signed donation form showing that it was donated to our organization. TERMS OF SALE: Buyer is responsible for transportation as well as shipping costs to deliver this vehicle/boat to its final destination. We expect the nonrefundable deposit to be made within 24 hours of close of auction. The balance is to be paid within 7 days of close of auction. We accept payment by cashierâ??s check, Pay Pal, bank to bank wire transfers and cash in person (when a Donate Your Boat representative is available to accept cash). DELIVERY TERMS: The Buyer is to pay for and administrate the shipping of the vehicle/boat. It is critical that you are prepared to pick up the vehicle/boat within our stated 7 day period. If vehicle/boat is not picked up or delivered within 30 days of auction end, Donate Your Boat will re-sell the above-mentioned vehicle/boat with no refund being offered to the winning bidder. Titles are held until vehicle/boat has been removed from the property. They will be either mailed to the buyer or presented in person once a vehicle/boat has been removed.
