1973 Morgan Island Out Island 33' Sailboat Vehicle Description Morgan Out Island 33â?? Sailboat - 1973 Sloop Rig The Morgan Out Island 33 is an excellent cruising and live-aboard vessel. Hundreds of these boats were made specifically for the boat chartering trade. I purchased her in the 1980s, and we have enjoyed a fifteen year love affair. This 83 year old sailorâ??s spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak. Iâ??m looking for somebody who is willing to give her a good home and the opportunity to get out on the open water where she belongs. The 1973 versions have an excellent fiberglass hull because when these boats were made, the unknown strength of fiberglass required the manufacturers to â??over buildâ?? the thickness of the hull. As a result, this can be a solid off-shore boat used for extended cruising, and has such good headroom and space below that sheâ??s also an excellent live-aboard vessel. She is lying at Davis Islands in Tampa, Florida. Iâ??ll be glad to show the vessel, and there are many photos of her at the following flickr site: PHOTOS

Payment must be received within 48 hours of auction close. The title transfer and bill of sale will be completed when payment is made. The vessel must be removed from her current slip on Sunday, 8 November, but we can arrange for free delivery to an available slip in Apollo Beach if desired. MARINA SLIP AVAILABLE Our marina has strict rules about their waiting list, and I am not able to transfer the current slip. Therefore, we need to move the boat on Sunday, 8 November. I have searched around the Bay area and located an open slip at the Lands End Marina in Apollo Beach. If you want to look on google to see where it is, the address is 1220 Apollo Beach Blvd, Apollo Beach, FL. They are very nice slips with power and water hookups. The slip at Lands End Marina is $11 per foot per month. So, this boat would be $363 per month. If you sign up for 12 months, they will give you 2 months free of charge. Lands End Marina is only about 8 miles from the vessel's current location at Davis Island (south side of Tampa). NOTE: If the new buyer will make arrangements with Lands End Marina to secure the slip, we can deliver the vessel free of charge on Sunday, 8 November.
