Trailer has new lights, leaf springs, tires, comes with bearing buddies, guide poles, diamond plate flat fenders, newly carpeted flats and a new belt winch. The Evinrude outboard has had the impeller and fuel pump replaced within the last year, it comes with the fuel line and gas tank, it runs well. This sailboat is ready to sail as is. The sails are in good condition with no unrepaired holes or tears It has new lights, depth finder, switch/fuse panel. The topcoat has been re-coated 3 months ago and all stainless steel deck hardware has been attached to the deck with 3M polyurethane marine sealant. The paint was rolled on then smoothed with a brush, it is not a perfect paint job and there are slight blemishes throughout. The windows have been re-sealed using polyurethane and are water tight. Mast and boom are in excellent condition. Boat has a new Niko solar powered hatch vent. The bottom paint has been redone within the last year with Interlux ablative paint and it has not seen the water since. The boat comes with a main sail and jib, all lines and Series 3 Harken blocks are less than 3-yrs old. The retractable keel cable is less than three years old as well as the winch to lower it. The teak railings on the slide hatch are new and the rest have been sparâ??d less than three months ago. Comes with a vertical mounted compass and tilt gauge. The rudder and tiller are full mahogany custom made for increased performance and response. Included are two anchors and an anchor line . The inside of the sailboat is bare and has not been completed yet. Included with the boat is a never used portable Coleman toilet. Title and registration in hand. Local delivery up to 50 miles can be arranged at a reasonable rate. I will not be able to ship this item or arrange for delivery over 50 miles, this will be the buyers responsibility.
