1997 Parker PilotHouse Extended Cab/Volvo Turbo I/O DP Vehicle Description This Parker Marine 2530 has been well cared and is in great condition. This amazing fishing vessel looks practically brand new and has had very minimal use (less than 200 hours since brand new). This boat is powered by a Volvo KAD 42B/DP turbocharged diesel. The motor that starts every time with the simple turn of the key without smoking or fiddling with the throttle! This boat averages about 2-3MPG. This amazing vessel has dual throttle and steering controls on the inside of the cabin and the outside. Remote control spotlight is installed on front of hardtop. Exterior cushions and rails probably would benefit from being recovered but are serviceable as is. There is also a set of custom bow cushions that are in perfect condition and have been stored inside. The hull and fiberglass are in perfect condition without even the slightest blemish. The exterior of this boat will clean very easily and will look as it did when brand new. All gauges work. Has a ship to shore VHF radio. Has a large bimini top that covers the whole exterior stern area. Exterior door locks. There is a large dive platform attached at the stern with a swim step. She has bottom paint but has spent most of her life out of the water on a lift. Also has ship to shore power so when you are in the marina you will have all the comforts of home. Oh yea, there is a windlass anchor and the anchor has never even been in the water. The original anchor rope is still curled up inside and brand new as it was from the factory! Cabin The extended cabin on this vessel has had very little use and is like brand new. There is a stovetop, refrigerator, fresh water sink, interior heater, and a head, all with minimal use if any at all. All interior cushions are in perfect condition with no tears and are as brand new. All windows have screens in perfect condition. All storage areas are like brand new and are in perfect condition from never being used. This vessel really is a time capsule and it is amazing how clean everything is!
