1999 Lowe 1760 Roughneck Boat with Nissan 40HP motor Vehicle Description 1999 Lowe 1760 Roughneck Boat with Nissan 40HP motor This boat is in excellent condition with low hours. Always Garaged. Original owner. After I had the boat about 2 years it slipped off trailer in the dark and chipped the scag on the motor. I bought a scag and had it professionaly welded on. That was about 7-8 years ago with no issues. This boat was only used in the months of October through December, during Missouri duck season. After that garaged! Daughter plays travel softball and have no time to use it. Have not hunted last 3 years.
