42' Hatteras Sportfish - used - great shape -NR Vehicle Description 42' Hatteras - Sportfish in great condition Equipped with twin detroit 6-71tib (485 HP) diesel engines with only 1500 hours on them since installation in 1988! This beautiful fiberglass hull boat has a/c with reverse cycle heat, generator, half tower. New interior work nearing completion. She has two staterooms. Salon has been updated with window treatments, new carpet (2006-07), new head liner and recessed Halogen lights 12v and 110v including mood lights. Rear windows of salon replaced with new tinted safety glass and outside molding (2005). New Head with Corian counter, sink, faucet, wall-covering and new elongated toilet (2007-08). New Teak and Holly floor (2006) in head too! Holding tank with all electronic pump out and tank monitoring system also plumbed for overboard discharge if necessary. New Lighting in Head (2008) The Galley is all new! This includes GFI receptacles, cabinets with 100 lb full extension drawer slides and pop-out pulls on drawers, Corian counter and 18 gauge stainless steel sink and faucet. All new appliances include refrigerator (a/c and d/c run), microwave and glass cooktop. All new head liner with recessed halogen lights. And the floor - new Teak and Holly in Galley and Head (2006). New wall covering. Electronics and Navigational equipment include: northstar gps with waas, radar, furuno 582L color fishfinder, Datamarine Dart Depth Temperature Distance system, Groco MX oil change system for engines and generator, Glendinning engine synchronizer. New Turbo Blankets for each engine (2006), Cylinder Heads rebuilt on each engine (2006) and New Injectors for both engines (2006). Twin 30 amp dockside power, auto battery charger with disconnect switch, generator, twin 50 foot 30 amp power cords. Deck & Hull The hull was hand sanded complete (down to fiberglass!) as specified by Hatteras. It was barrier coated as specified by Hatteras and Interlux and applied by Interlux contractor as follows: (2004-05). Two coats Interlux 1000, sanded after each coat. Two coats Interlux 3000 barrier coat sanded then Third coat of Interlux 3000 barrier coat. One coat Interlux Micron CSC Green. Followed by two coats Interlux Micron CSC Black. Other items to be noted: Complete Rudder Assembly and Board including steering - removed and rebuilt by professional contractor with all new parts, seals, bedding, collars, backing plates, hoses, valves, new rudder board, etc., etc., etc. - 2004-05. New Stainless Steel Bennett trim tabs, including motor (modified as per Hatteras Part numbers) - 2004. New deck plates and access panels - 2004. Hynautic steering gear rebuilt by Hynautic - 2005. New Heavy Duty stainless steel door hinge -2005. Exterior repainted Awl-Grip snow white and primer was Awl-Grip 545, total of four coats - 2003-04. All new Lee rod holders (total of seven) - 2005. New 2 inch stainless steel fuel fills â??2005. Fiberglass fuel tanks flushed and cleaned out - 2005. New three sided enclosure and top - 2005. New Northstar 952xw - 2005. New Furuno 582L bottom machine with High Speed Ducer and Hi Speed Block -2005. Radar Raytheon R41xx. New antennas - 2005 New forward vee cushions - 2006-07. Lee outriggers with all new bushings and rigging 2008 New Cutlass bearings (all four) Both shafts balanced and hubs faced 2007 New outside Aluminum Handrails down side of Bridge 2008 New Raymarine VHF Radio with DSC and interfaced with GPS 2008 NOTE: This boat had only 10hrs put on her in 2008 due to lack of time.
