WANTED: Delaware Rental Near IRM

I have a friend looking for a seasonal rental in the Bethany, Dewey, Rehoboth DE, etc area from june(ish) to Oct/Nov 2008. All that is needed is a 1 bedroom rental in easy commuting distance from Indian River Marina for a working professional, non-smoker with no pets. Will consider more than 1 room, entire house/condo, or multi-person situation.

i may know someone who has a non running houseboat very cheap you could tow to south shore and keep it for the whole year reasonable.it sits over on rehoboth bay short tow.what is your friend going to do at iri thats where i spend most of my days

Interesting option. Yes he will be running an ultra-fast 61 Viking out of IRM which will be available for charter.
