Very Nice Lake/Family Boat - Less than 5hrs!!

I am posting this to try and help somebody sell their lakeboat that is basically brand new. This boat was purchased in 2003 and has been sitting in a garage underneath a cover ever since. The boat was put into the test pond at Chatlee Marine in Sanford, NC before purchase and has not seen water since, don't ask me why. This boat is still in showroom condition.

This boat would be perfect for a small family to take to the lake for water sports and just hangin' out. Kids could take a nap down below without gettin' sunburnt and the cabin would also be great for storing kid's toys and tubes and such. I believe there is a porta potti with holding tank in the cabin as well but would need to confirm that.

Boat is located in Apex, NC.
