Ended up with a didgital gauge panel so we have two brand new tachs. these are the ones that are white letters and indicator in the day and turn red at night. $120.00 each or will split for single engine application.

I am looking for a set to go in my Cummins panels, (twins) the ones I need to replace are the original VDO's, not sure of the model number.
What did they come off of ? maybe that will give me an idea if they will work or not. If so I am interested.

they didn't come off anything they are brand new in the box still .. we got them on a re-power I am doing on a set of yanmar 440s and while I have been building the helm the guy decided to go digital panels.. (which I think is totally crappy looking and hard to see) call Frank or whoever you use for your engine service and see if they are compatable to your engines VDO dot com will tell you also these are kinda cool because they drive from your alternator. I know your working your tail off at charter also so $100 each if you can use them.

give me a couple of days if you can. I head back up to Va. on Friday and I'll look for the serial number when I get to the boat.
I'm not sure if they will plug into the harness I have now or not, we'll see. If so I could use them, I have one that is intermitent and only works when it feels like it.
