I rented from John last year-4th of July week. One of nicest places in OC. Its only a 5 minute boat ride for some good flounder fishing. I have already booked again for this year. Its within walking distance to Jollly Roger-kids.

John,
Nice digs!!
Not sure whether we have ever met but I owned a place at Gullway for 12 years. Had the 32' sportfisherman docked parrallel to the boardwalk. I sold it
3 years ago and bought a place in West OC across from the fishing center. Gullway is a great place for the family. Good folks and pretty quiet since it's a private culdesac. Easy access to the bay and only a 5 min run to the inlet.

Thanks Wayne. We did meet when you owned in Gullway, I had the 18ft wellcraft back then. We were just up the canal. We only rent six weeks cause it is a great place to spend time off.

Looking forward to staying at your place in August. Dropped the check in the mail last week.

lived in the old gullway townhouses when all the units weren't finished and the outer canals had flounder in them on the outgoing tide you could bang 'em! That would have been 1970 and believe me 28th street looked a little different! Me and my 14' jonboat saw every square inch from 28th to the back of the airport, the inlet and even Little Gull on a flat day. For a kid I covered some ground with my 18 h.p. johnson!
