Just wanted to say that I've seen how much work is being done on this property. I've been driving by it @ least once everyday since the renovations have started and it's going to be amazing. The location definitely cannot be beat since you're directly across the street from the beach.

thanks Mary. It is coming along nicely and on schedule for completion by June. I think it will be a nice property with an ideal location.
