Trade 45' Cabo for your 36 SF?

Hi all, Anyone interested in trading up to a very nice 1998 45 Cabo Express in the very low $300k range?
Because of health issues I have to give up offshore fishing.
I'm looking for a late model express/ downeast/sportfish cruiser-Cabo, Luhrs, Pursuit,etc- in the 32-36' range I could use for coastal cruising. so if you know of any owners with this type of boat who wants to move up,
please keep me in mind.
