SIG P220 .45 Price ?

I have a buddy selling a SIG p220 .45 with lots of upgrades. (night sites, rail, nitron finish)

He says he bought it for $1100 last year new and wants to sell it to me for $700.

Is this a good price for this gun?

That's about going rate as long as it's in 100% condition.

Hey Nauti,

The prices may have changed but I have the exact same gun that I bought in 06 that I paid $650 for brand new.

It's a great gun, I love shooting it. If doesn't have a whole lot of rounds through it, been well taken care of, and they are actually more expensive now, might be a good deal.

Make sure you shoot it first if you're going to spend that kind of cash.

Thanks John. The gun only has a few rounds through it and comes with a case, extra magazine, and a few boxes of ammo.

I think I will move ahead on it.

The price I told you was the going retail price now. Most of them come with factory nite sights anyway. We had one in the store used a few weeks ago that sold for around $500.
