Lure #19 is an SCH lure. I believe they were made in or around Atlantic Bch. /Morehead City nc. area. I think they were bought by Sea Striker in the early 90's

Definitely is a SCH. Steve Hodges made them in Atlantic Beach in his shop right next door to Sea Water Marina. Most of them have SCH in the head. The first ones did not. Nick name in morehead was Steady Catchin Hoss.
