real X trailers, do not buy please read

this company has put me thru the wash with this brand new trailer I bought from Joe at real X trailers/ I am just at the end of the line so I am going on the attack. Joe has had every chance to correct this. 4 months to be exact
Ask your self 1 question as boaters and fishermen.If you work hard and buy a boat and trailer, And before you get to use your brand new rig, you have to spend 860 dollars to replace the hubs and bearings on your brand new trailer, how would you feel? I have been patient understanding and worst off lied to and then hung up on by JOE. He will not stand behind his product so I would tell anybody looking for a new trailer to steer clear of this crook. If anybody disputes this, I will gladly forward all records and invoices, dates of calls, I have everything on record EVERYTHING!!!

Long time since I have seen your name on here.

Anyway, it might go a little further for you if you explain why they suck for those of us who normally drop their trailers off for service. Because to the uneducated it just looks like a trailer thats been dunked in saltwater. Maybe the bearings are the wrong size? I wouldn't know because I let someone else take care of this kind of stuff.

The trailer is brand new. The hubs and bearings were never packed properly from the factory. This is all fact. The axel broke on the way to the marina, a replacement axel was installed. I had to take the trailer to King Marine (who did a great job) to have it fixed. while it was there I asked Dean to check everything over. It was then that I was informed that there was never enough grease in any of the bearings. therefore I had to have King Marine fix the problem.
Anyway, The trailer had, 100 miles or less and was in the salt water once. Does that look like a brand new trailer to you.
Bottom line. I paid $10000 for a brand new trailer and it cost me 854 dollars to use it. I just wanted to reimbursed the 854 dollars. Joe (extreme trailers) told me he would take care of it. End of story. Yeah right. he stopped taking my calls and then finally when I did get in touch with him he hung up on me.. Thoses are the facts. buyer beware. I have tried to be patient and reasonable with xtreme trailers for months and this is where I ended up. So f&^% him and his reputation.

i keep seeing more and more people taking to the internet with customer service complaints-i brought one up concerning shamrock marine and that lying coniving bo palmer-i posted pictures of the damage and i invited anyone and everyone over to see the boat...

first,let me say this...i don't know either of you two,"you two" being you,and "joe",never heard of either one of you before...

i clicked on that site you have,and i looked closeley to the pictures...well...i see a few things,here's what i see...nothing out of the ordinary...granted,sometime pictures don't show fine detail...
let's hit them frame by frame shall we ???

not sure what's being claimed here ???
the bearing looks normal-the rollers are not scored-turned blue,or pitted ??? are you stating the bearing has "welded itself" to the axle shaft ??? if that's the case,the bearing would be blue,from excessive heat,lack of lube,again,neither of that is present ??? where the outer bearing rides,the surface appears to be clean ???

still not sure what's being shown here ?? granted the seal is out of place,but,no signs of grease being thrown anywhere ??? if the seal failed,there would be grease all over the inside...none present ???
help me out here,ok ???

you're showing an axle stub,clearly,a different axle stubb that the one previous,reason being,it's shown with water stained grease-the "rust colored" grease,the previous frame had no signs of water intrusion ??? again,from the pictures,the axle appears to be ok,i see no signs of any damage to the stub ??? except for the fact,the grease fitting is missing the check ball...look inside the zerk fitting,it's a hole...shouldn't be,it should have a snall ball in there,held shut with a spring,when pressure is applied,froma grease gun,it opens and allows the greas to enter,when the gun is taken away,the spring closes the ball...this could bring water into the hub,possible,but,it would tak a real long time for it to take place...

and,forgot to mention,i did see the hub in that last frame,and yes,it did appear to be a little dry inside it...but,so far,none of these pics have shown any heat related failures-if the bearings were blue,scored,it would be a heat failure,due to lack of lube,the axle would also be blue,scored,again,none
are present...

well...exactly what is this ??? it's a hub...the outer bearing,in the back ground,appears to be well packed with grease,and it has no signs of water intrusion,note it's color,clean grease...appears to be a normal hub to me...note,no grease on the back side of the hub ??? this indicates no seal failure...
it's not lookin' too good for ya there big guy...

this is a brake rotor ??? what is this frame supposed to show ??? a brake rotor is gonna have light surface rust,look at the rotors on you car or truck...again,nothing wrong here...

But you claim there was nothing wrong, but someone else found fault with these items. So who is right and who is wrong with their assesment? Or is it possible you could not deduct an accurate assesment with just pictures? As for putting words in your mouth, if you type that nothing was wrong with his trailer, and someone else said there was, you are saying that that the person is wrong. You need to go back and reread what you wrote. You bashed the guy with the problem and unknowingly, or unwittingly, bashed Dean from King's Marine by saying there was no major problem with the axle.
