No one will touch lead? Check out Component Systems Incorporated. They manufacture powder coatings specifically for lead lures. I used their product and an electrostatic spray applicator to do my planers. It works like a champ and doesn't wear off at all. You have to beat the crap out of them to even chip it at all. Hope this helps you out.
