I have 11 Penn International tuna sticks, all with very light use. Most rods have been used less than 1/2 dozen times. All rods include butt caps and rod sleeves. All rollers are perfect, no corrosion or oxidation. Most blanks are perfect, a couple rods have a clear coat nick or two. Some of the reel seats look like they haven't even seen a reel.
