OI Slips for sale 24' x 60 & 19' x 50!

When I read your ad that said "OI slips" I was very interested as the price is attactive. Since I was not familiar with the marina by name, but very familiar with the OI area - I thought maybe there was something new I did not know about. So I asked the most logical question. I am not making a statement. Thanks to CB&T for helping out with info.

Sorry if you were confused. Shoot if you know how much 50' slips go for in Pirates Cove (one of the only ones For Sale - Broad Creek and OI Fishing Center privately owned) you would realize this is a value.

Curious about the run to OI, is there any speed restricted area?
What are taxes, common charges on slip. Is there a separate charge for club usage?

Curious about the run to OI: 11 Miles - Pirates cove is only 1.25 miles away and the only other closer marina is Broad Creek which is 6 miles from bridge. Fuel is usually less at Shallowbag as well.

Is there any speed restricted area?: Only for about 150 yards going under Pirates Cove Bridge. Other wise it is Wide Open.

What are taxes: $293.00 a year (Tax assesed value is $61,800)

Common charges on slip: There is a $105 a month Association Fee which includes Insurance, Maintenance, Water, Clubhouse and Pools... Only thing not covered is electric.

Is there a separate charge for club usage? No

familiar with this slip and marina and the whole damn operation. Damn kevin I wish I had to coin to scratch this one out. Very quiet marina, yet a nice bar/resturant right there. We stayed in the TH's during the PC and I have fished out there quite a bit with Jake. The gas dock folks are friendly. This fish cleaning tables are protected from the Carolina state bird (read blood suckers) and not a far run to the inlet. Good Luck with the sale.
