This has been sitting in my storage shed for eight years. It has never been installed. The teak has turned gray and there are a few oil marks on it but the teak can be bleached and with teak oil be brought back to new condition. The price is certainly right. In the Pompanette catalog this goes for $1,500.00. I'm willing to sell it for half, $750.00.
