Rob White is one hell of a guy.......new business, but he already is running a 110% honest gig!!!

My cell rang last nite with an unfamiliar area code and it's Rob calling to let me know the shipping on my shirts was over-charged due to having to work some bugs out and that he was working on it, and also was sending the overage back.......

HOW'S THAT FOR SERVICE? LOL.....can't remember last time I had a business that wasn't "local" call me personally to explain a glitch and "make things right"! (I didn't even know things were wrong lol).

All I can say is....

ROB, you're gonna do well my friend! Good Luck in the new venture and can't wait to get my shirts! We're getting snow now! LOL

I'm online checking out a new eCommerce package- worked the entire day with tech support and they were not helpful. I'll limp by for a few more days with the package I have now, but I'm switching the site over next week to a kick-ass system. Until then, I'll continue to refund shipping or in many cases eat shipping costs. Thanks again to everyone for their orders. I have more XL and XXL coming in next week. We had the shirts made with a generous cut and everyone still wants larger sizes. We'll get everything straight one of these days
