My Dad's going to need an electric reel.

Since my dad's disabilities are making it hard to handle a rod and reel, I was wondering how much $ and difficulty it would take to get my 23' boat rigged for an electric reel set up for him to use. I've got a single O/B with twin batts. Would I need a third dedicated batt.? How much can I expect to pay for a used e-reel/rod set-up in the 4-6/0 size? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

if you look throught the classifieds on this site or bassbarn there was a guy selling a brand new either 4/0 or 6/0 i think for like 450 or 500. not sure if it came with a rod but a regular pole should be good.
