I asked for my post to be edited since I could not do it, since the thread was so old. Rather than go in to depth as to why, I asked for it to be marked sold and to remove the content of the original post.

So now the explanation to the public as to why all this... I didn't want to do it this way, and even tho I PM'ed you last night with my reason why and you insisted on going there again rather than letting it be.

I have no problem helping people out and that is what I was doing with this original listing, personal favor no money no brokerage contract. The boat was listed under my name by my referral, not Cardinal Yachts. If something bad ever happened with the sale from another dealer to the new owner I don't want my name associated with it.

Its not about the money or the sale. Since Day 1 that I started in this industry 10 years ago with Viking Yachts, I value and protect my reputation to the fullest!

As I said in my PM to you, when you take over a listing or take a boat on trade that was originally listed by me or my company please take the time, hard work and effort set forth by myself and our company and put it in to your own listing rather than use my name and listing associated with the sale.

Maybe I am in the wrong??? I just do not do business this way, and forgive me if I am.
