Kite fishing rod + Penn Senator 4/0 113H + line and release clips

A few days ago I found this kite rod and reel on eBay but I couldn't bid on it because the rod lenght is 46" so I can't get it shipped to Brazil via USPS.

The seller relisted it with a lower starting bid ($75), I think it's a great deal if you are looking for a kite combo
