I have a WAHOO JR ..with fuji sic guides..normally sells for 400 i am selling for 300 ..the guy bought it and wants the seat moved a little..easier to sell and build new than to rip apart a good rod..green/gold/red wraps..very nice

G with a 6'6" trevala rod, they are $150 and hard to beat. They are more then enough to put 80lb yft in the boat. A lot of guys in the NE use them with Avet's or penn VSX16's, anything that can handle roughly 400yds of hollowcore is plenty of capacity. Advantages to hollowcore are that you can have spliced top shots that wind right on, and I'd recommend using flouro leader when jigging. If you are looking for a cheaper jig rod, the Okuma Cedros is the cheapest at $99, but it is 6', I like a little more length when jigging. I have not used a Cedros yet, but I too a peak at a few at some tackle shows and they seemed like they had a good feel to them.
