Intracoastal waterway lot

If anyone is interested I have a half acre lot on the Intracoastal waterway right outside of Belhaven NC for sale. It is harbor front with great water views. It has a community boat ramp, several community slips and this lot has a covered boat house deed to it. There are a few restrictive covenants on this lot. They are; 1. For residential use only, 2. No mobile homes, 3. no one can obstruct the run off of the subdivision. I do not have any pictures currently but hopefully will get a couple tomorrow afternoon. How big of a boat could you get in there, looks like a 40ish mile run to Ocracoke.

They use to keep a 28 foot harkers island in it. I have a 28 carolina classic and I think it would fit if it wasn't for the roof of the boat house. Plus I already have a dock closer to the inlets that has a lift so I just keep it there. I will shoot you a email with more details a little bit later.
