I do no have the exact figure sitting here with me. I believe it is around $200 or $250 a year. But I will have to get back to you on that.

ok guys. I may be interested in a partial trade for a 23-25 foot center console or a 22-24 foot bay boat.

so no interest at all? the rock, trout, and red drum fishing has been hot around that place this year.

I want to shoot this back to the top. New price is 45,000 or bring me some offers. willing to look at partial trades. This lot isn't a good place to run offshore from it is great for the inshore fisherman though. Trout, rock, flounder, big drum, tarpon all within a 15-20 minute boat ride. Rock you don't even have to leave the dock. If you want to talk pm me and I will give you my number. This isn't a fire sale so I won't give it away but I am willing to entertain offers. Taxes are approximately 225 a year.
