I just heard from the broker. It seems surveys were satisfactory to the buyer, so I think its a done deal. I let her go for less than I wanted, but hey its time. The sale was generated by my posting in this forum and your support, not the broker. However; a deal is a deal and the broker will be a paid. It is nice to have somebody else handle all the details anyway. Thanks for the help
