Greener Light Model Harpoon Gun circa 1967 - the gun that was used on Quint's boat in Jaws... came broken down in a box...

My Grandfather had one like that, he used to shoot an old chair with it when I was little, sorry to say we got rid of it about 10 years ago.

mike, if you ever find a source for more than one, let me know. I would be very interested in getting one. More for show than anything, but would love to have the "GUN FROM JAWS"

can do, when I was little i loved watching him put that thing together and then shooting it, and that great noise it made, but I will keep my eye open.

I'll keep you in mind if I find a pile of them. My buddy is a collector and he indicated that if I fond one he will pay big $$ for it.

thanks guys. have no idea what the cost on something like that would be. . .so it might be pointless to dump a huge pile of money into something that would just sit around. . .but with my love of sharks, it would be cool to have the gun that helped slay the most famous shark
