Greener Harpoon Gun (Rifle)

I have a Greener Harpoon Gun (rifle) in the original case with all accessories, including the original manual. The harpoon gun was made by the well known arms maker, Greener of England, and distributed by Navy Arms Co. here in the States. This is the same model harpoon gun that was fired off the bow by Quint in the Jaws movie. The original manual in the case shows a price of $695 in 1967. Anyone have any idea what it is worth today? I've seen some of these online ranging from $1,500-on up. Interested in selling it? Or have you sold it already? Or kept it?
