This is a really good price for this area and the size of the property ,We would really like to sell to some sportfishing people ,Of course every one knows about the billfishing in C.R. but the inshore fishing in this area can be AWESOME! There's cubara snappers that will pull your arms off! ,as well as mullet snapper, silk snapper and rock snapper, Roosterfish and A.J.s ,I caught a 70 lb broomtail grouper and the locals didn't even raise an eyebrow, I have also caught a 244 lb yellowfin ,and my wife caught a 65 lb dorado the same day, This property would be great for someone to buy now and later build a house for retirement ,
