You can sell to any state, but need to do the transfer through an FFL holder (dealer) in each state. They will probably charge a small fee to handle the paperwork. If they ask for a percentage find another FFL.

That's how 90% of it is done. I already know that, but I was told that CA has different restrictions. Notice how almost all the online gun sales say that they cannot ship to CA? I thought that the other states I named were the same.

I'm not claiming to be an expert on NYS gun law, but other than local law issues with a particular piece i.e. magazine capacity, which may be acceptable depending on date of manufacture, I'm not aware of any reason why it can't be transferred to NY.

Kalifornia on the other hand.....that's almost another planet.

I was taught center mass. Round to the chest cavity will cause a drop in blood pressure around the aortic cavity. Blurred vision, rendering them incoherent.

Look guys, Headshot...center mass....pelvis....whatever. If you notice on the target I hit all of those places. I was told by my military friends here and the ex navy seal that was my Concealed carry instructor, that the pelvis was the best place to stop a threat from coming at you. A friend of mine has shot people in the head with his service weapon in battle before and they didn't instantly die. They kept coming a few more feet. If someone comes at you with a knife, then ten feet can be covered by a threat in less than a second or two. Center mass also is definately not a guaranteed way of stopping a threat immediately. Shooting the pelvis area immobilizes a threat PERIOD! Now you can say all the macho talk of I'm killing a person dead or what not. That may be true. But if you ever have to defend yourself with deadly force, the last thing you want to do is say that you went for the headshot to kill, or center mass to kill. The correct phrase is that you did what you needed to "STOP THE THREAT". Otherwise in the civil trial(and yes there will be a civil trial), the family of the person you defended yourself against will own everything you have. That is why I shoot for the pelvis. It stops the threat. So I try to go for two in the chest and one in the pelvis. Because my story is that I tried to stop the threat.....he kept coming and the pelvis shot stopped him.
