    FREE FISHING TRIPS THIS SUMMER!!!!!!!!!!!

    Attention real estate buyers and agents: If you buy this house or bring me a buyer I will pay for your fishing this summer.

    Here's the deal: If you sign a full contract price or bring me a buyer for this home I will pay the charter fee for 6 trips aboard the boat of your choice this summer. This is not a gimmic or trick. Just bring me a contract and I will pay for you to fish up to 6 times this summer. Give me a call if you are interested.

    If you are a buyer we are offering some additional great incentives to go along with this deal, so give me a call.

    Yeah it is the neighborhood on the indian river with the Jack Niclaus golf course and country club.
