Finrazor Downplaner Rod with Tiagra 80w

I'm selling my custom downplaner rod which has only been used once. The reel was purchased used and the side plate is heavily scratched but functions perfectly. I bought the reel from under/over charters so it was well cared for but well used, not sure when it was last rebuilt. I'm asking $700, pm or call me at 410-474-zero eight seven four.
