Experienced skipper required in Africa

Looking for a experienced Charter Skipper or potential Partner for a big game fishing charter business in East Africa. We currently have a successful safari company: www.adventures.co.tz and wish to compliment it.
Am interested in hearing from experienced charter operators who may be interested in moving the business down here or from a skipper looking for a long paid working holiday in Africa. Also looking for a good 36-42' Diesel powered sportfisher fully rigged and ready to go fishing.
