If you want to make a larger size on the cheap you can get a blank mold from DO-IT. I found that they cut very easily with a dremel tool.

For the eye area I make the cavity smooth like there is not going to be an eye then go back and install a bolt or screw leaving the head in the cavity thus creating the eye socket in the molded piece. You’ll need to modify the bolt or screw head on a grinder in order to get it the size you want.

Do It Molds actually makes a mold with a 7oz and 9oz size. I went half and half with a friend of mine on one to make up cheaper jigs for bluefish and stuff.

Let me get with the boss in the next day or so, and I'll get up with you. Did you ever get a mold for the larger jigs?
