Yes they are new and without a doubt the best sea witches money can buy. They are hand tied tight as dicks hat band and no glue needed to hold these babies together. These are NC mate specials not something you find in the bargin bin wrinkled up for a buck seventy five. He thinks so highly of his work that they are shipped suspended in a tube so they are perfect when they arrive. Can you say tuna, mahi, wahoo DEATH!
